I hereby provide my personal information and express my interest in enrolling as an Independent Distributor with the Company, agreeing to use the Sponsor’s FCID for this purpose. I confirm that I am fully aware of the business opportunities provided by the Company, which allow me to purchase products in multiple tranches at my own flexibility for self-consumption or resale. I understand that the Company does not offer employment and operates using a direct selling strategy to promote and sell its quality products through Independent Distributors. Additionally, the Company does not provide investment opportunities or offer guaranteed income or returns.

There is no joining, training, or renewal fee for becoming an Independent Distributor. I confirm that I have not paid any sum to anyone, including the Company, for my joining, training, or renewal. The decision to collaborate with the Company is solely my own, and I have not been forced, misled, or coerced into purchasing any products as a condition of my joining. I acknowledge that my role as an Independent Distributor operates on a principal-to-principal basis, and I am neither an employee nor an agent of the Company.
I am aware of the refund policy, which permits refunds only for customers within one day of product delivery, provided the product is in good condition, unused, and undamaged. For distributors, there is no cancellation or refund policy, but the same product can be exchanged if the delivered product is found damaged.

I have attended the free Orientation Program provided by the Company, which has offered accurate information about its direct selling operations, free joining, incentive systems, and policies related to returns, refunds within one day, return to origin, and expected business incentives. These guidelines align with the Company’s policies and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs’ regulations, subject to updates or amendments over time.

I understand that this application and any subsequent Distributorship with the Company will be subject to the stated Terms and Conditions, the Independent Distributor Contract, and other applicable Company policies. I undertake to keep my details updated in case of any future changes and consent to the Company using my information in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
I confirm that I have read and understood the Company’s business guidelines and code of ethics and agree to abide by them. I am signing this document of my own free will, and I affirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful. I also agree to sign each page of the Form and the Direct Seller’s Contract, and to send these, along with self-attested copies of my AADHAR, Cancelled Cheque, or Bank Passbook, to the Company at the specified address within 10 days from the date of sign-up.
I understand that my Distributorship is conditional upon receipt of all necessary documents and their successful verification. The Company reserves the right to reject my application or terminate my distributorship for reasons including but not limited to incomplete, false, or misleading information. I consent to the Company conducting e-KYC for the authentication of my documents, including AADHAR and PAN. By signing up, I authorize the Company to send communications to my mobile number, overriding any existing DND registration.
