Must be 18 years or older and provide valid documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar, etc. Only one account per user with a unique PAN is allowed for promotional activities. Users act as independent promoters and are not employees or agents of Bada Dhanwan Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Payments are inclusive of taxes, and PAN submission is mandatory for payouts. The company is not liable for any overdue interest on delayed payments.

The company reserves the right to modify or terminate programs or contracts at its discretion. Contracts may be terminated immediately for anti-company activities or violations of terms, with no refunds provided. No refunds are available except for customers returning undamaged, unused products within one day of delivery. Refunds are not applicable for distributors, but damaged products may be exchanged.

Users must not misguide customers or defame the company. Such actions will lead to legal proceedings and termination of registration. The financial products offered involve high risks and may lead to complete loss of capital; users should invest responsibly. Joining is free, with no registration fees. Payments should only be made after receiving the products or services.

For payment processing, users must submit bank details, PAN, and Aadhaar for KYC compliance. TDS will be deducted from income. Binary income is paid weekly, and repurchase income is paid monthly. Payments are processed in a serial order within a week. Users are responsible for understanding and adhering to the terms and conditions, which are subject to updates.
